Submission method:
Contestants may fill in the application form to join the competition. The uploaded version of photo should not exceed 5MB. Participants should also include a 30 word photo description of the photo.
*If the size of photography exceeds 2mb, please send your photography together with application form and student ID card to phopiccprfyp2016@gmail.com.

Assessment method:
Photoblog.hk's editor and Postcollection.hk will be the judges.
A. Every participant is only allowed to submit ONE photograph.

First runner-up: Holga 120 GCFN camera, FUJIFILM Pro 160 NS film, development and scanning service

其他條款︰
A. 為公平原則，Photoblog.hk 管理團隊不能參加。
B. 參賽作品必須為參賽者本人拍攝。
C. 截止投稿時間為2016年2月19日下午11︰59，時間以主辦單位電郵系統為準。
D. 參賽相片的版權必須為參賽者擁有，並無侵犯他人權益(包括版權)。如相片引起任何責任問題，參賽者須自行負責及向主辦單位賠償引起的所有損失。
E. 照片不容許以電腦修圖增加、刪除或合成物件，但一般的色調處理、曝光、裁切等不受限制，另外HDR或多重曝光等特殊技術亦可接受，但須註明於作品註解內。
F. 參賽者向主辦單位提交參賽作品，即代表參賽者已經明白及同意所有參賽細則，並同意主辦單位擁有使用、展示、刊出及發佈該作品的權利，而毋須另行徵得參賽者的同意及向參賽者繳交任何費用。
G. 主辦單位有權否決任何參賽者及其參賽作品的參與資格。
H. 主辦單位保留所有參賽細則的更改權、最終解釋權及決定權。

Other terms and conditions:
A. Photoblog.hk's team is not allowed to join the competition.
B. Each participant's photograph should be their original work.
C. The competition deadline is 19 February 2017 by 23:59 pm. The exact time will be based on the organiser's email system.
D. All participants hold the copyright of his/her own photo. It should not violate the rights of any person (including copyrights). If the photo has caused any problems, participants should bear the responsibility and compensate the loss of the organiser.
E. The photo MUST not be photoshopped to add in, delete or composite objects. However, participants are allowed to do tone-processing, exposing, cropping on his/her photo. It is acceptable to utilize special techniques, like HDR and multi-exposure, but participants should state it in his/her photo description.
F. Once the participants submit their photography, it means that the participants have agreed and understand the provisions of the competition. It also means that the participants have agreed the organiser holds the rights to use, exhibit and publish the photos.
G. The organiser has the right to veto the eligibility of any participant or photograph.
H. The organiser reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions and final decisions of the contest winners.
